Anna,
Tonight at the City Council Meeting, Gateway Market Place will be heard. This is correspondance
with Tamara Thompson, reguarding issues Una Mas had with the Gateway Market Place
development, and what was agreed on to resolve those issues. We would like these conditions part
of the public record and conditions of approval. Thanks Anna.

I just wanted to confirm with you our earlier conversation that you were going to design the

landscape buffer between our projects with a 3'-0" high berm and 12'-0" high trees (disiduos and
evergreen). Also you indicated that you were going to provide a screen wall that would screen the
trucks at the dock as well as the trash enclosures and compactors. My recollection was that
the screen wall was to match the color palette of the front of the building. I think what we were
looking for was that it was not a blank white wall. We wanted it to have some architectural quality
that would compliment our project. Let me know as soon as possible if that is how you remeber the
conversation between you, Kelly and I. '
