In 2001 there was a drive up window approved on a portion of the property. We bought the property in 2004 and incorrectly assumed we could construct a drive up window on the property based on the 2001 approval. We have recently finished construction on the project that includes a drive up window and were informed that we can not use the window because we do not have a CUP in effect on the property. At this time we would like to apply for a CUP for a drive up window in a C-N zone.
