Conger is trying to modify the DA to modify this condition so that some building permits may
be submitted prior to the plat being recorded.
Please remember CZC's expire after 1-year if there are no active building permits (at least one inspection
for work completed) for the proposed use. These cannot be extended so I would wait until there I
confirmation the DA Mod has been approved. I have a pre-app with them this week so I anticipate the
application will be submitted shortly after.
