Description:
• Install a cement pad 12' wide (north/south direction) and 18'-23' wide (east/west
direction, varies length since the pad will be at an angle to the road)
o The Pad will cover all the grass/dirt between the pavement behind the building
and the curb on the road over a width of 12 feet, beginning on the south side of
the pad under the existing walk-in fridge behind The Curb restaurant
• Cement pad requires removal of a tree and a small amount of grass
• Place a walk-in freezer on the pad
o The walk-in freezer is pre -fabricated by Polar King
(https://polarkina.com/products/walk-in-freezers/) and dropped in place via a
small crane on a semi truck
o The freezer is approximately 8' x 12' and 10'8" tall, including the AC unit
o The freezer will be painted to match the building it's sitting next to
• Small amount of remaining grass will be replaced with landscape rocks
