The area is already landscaped, so this only entails changes to the existing layout.
In area where cement pad will be placed:
- Cut down and remove tree
- Cap sprinklers
Area between cement pad and cement pad behind Red Pavilion:
- Lay down fabric and permabark (rocks)
- Place three Carpet Rose bushes towards west side of the area
- Place one flowering pear tree, Pyrus calleryana, towards center/east side
- An irrigation valve/station is already in the area, so getting water to the plants will be
straightforward and only require minor changes to the existing setup
