Re: Rolling Hill Drive — Right -of -Way and Public Utility Easement Vacation
Dear Mr. Hood,
As part of the larger Rackham East Subdivision/Eagle View Apartments project (H-2021-0075)
that includes development of a 396-unit multi -family project and two future office buildings, we
are requesting approval to vacate approximately 1,005 lineal feet of existing right-of-way as well
as the public utility easements associated with Lots 8-12, Block 2 and Lots 13-16, Block 1 of
Rolling Hill Subdivision.

The legal description that was prepared for the Right -of -Way (on page 2) indicates that the
dimensions of the requested vacation are approximately 50 feet wide by 1,005 feet long with an
associated turnaround on the north end. The Right -of -Way vacation application has been
submitted to ACHD for its review and approval.
