Parcel 4 of Lot Line Adjustment Survey, recorded as Survey No. 3963, recorded August
6, 1997, as Instrument No. 97062760, being a portion of Lots 15, 16 and 17 of
PLEASANT VALLEY SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, filed in Book 12
of Plats at Page 665, Records of Ada County, Idaho, located in the Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
