Hi! I currently live in the oaks north on Doublerock—a couple houses down from where this rezoning would take place. I
have young children and we purposely purchased a culdesac lot in what we thought would be a quiet and safe
community full of homeowners. I have recently found out that not only is toll brothers building apartments to rent but
they’re also allowing renters access to our private pool paid for by our “home OWNER’S association” fees. In addition to
this, they’re trying to rezone the last few homes that would have separated my home from the rental units into more
apartments. I completely disagree with this. It is dishonest and deceptive of toll brothers. If these plans to build rental
apartments would have been disclosed to me and my husband at the time we signed our purchase contract, we would
have NEVER moved here. I cannot express how disappointing this attempt to add any apartments at all is. We feel taken
advantage of and are definitely not supportive of this rezoning. We wanted to live in a community of families. Please Do
not rezone this area. Please please please keep this zoned for homes.
