When we purchased our home we were told the 5 lots on Trident Way would be homes, not
rental units. We are already upset that TB is now planning on building rental units out to
McMillan and McDermott and they will be part of our HOA. Ridiculous! HOA stands for
homeowners association, not rental association. We as homeowners in the Oaks north area
feel TB has been deceitful to all of us. How would you like to buy your new forever home and
have the developer come back after you are all settled and change it all up for their
benefit. Please think about it as if it was happening to you before you allow this to happen.

P.S. we never received the postcard informing us about tonight’s meeting!
