Sorry I should have clarified. Jeff and I met with Bob and Kim at their office prior to stepping off on anything to make
sure they were onboard with the project. They have been great neighbors of our project from the beginning so we want
to keep them happy. Then we had the neighborhood meeting and no one showed up for it.

Attached is the sign-in sheet for the neighborhood meeting. I believe this was included in the application.
I personally was not in attendance, but Jason and Ken were and so were Bob and Kim Aldridge, the residential neighbor.

Tamara, this is in regard to Black Rock Coffee CUP at 3300 Eagle. Are they proposing outdoor speakers and ordering
board? Not shown on site plan, but it could be an issue given how close they are to residential.
