In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-5A-6, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on 5/1/2022
which is at least ten(10)days prior to the scheduled public hearing for 5/19/2022
for the Conditional Use Permit for a coffee shop with
drive-thru
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this affidavit. The
sign(s)will be removed no later than three(3)days after the public hearing.

Alan,
Attached is the sign-in sheet for the neighborhood meeting. I believe this was included in the application.
I personally was not in attendance, but Jason and Ken were and so were Bob and Kim Aldridge, the residential neighbor.

Tamara, this is in regard to Black Rock Coffee CUP at 3300 Eagle. Are they proposing outdoor speakers and ordering
board? Not shown on site plan, but it could be an issue given how close they are to residential.
