WOMER CIVIL ENGINEERING November 19, 2021 Project No.: N1420004 Ms. Sonya Allen City of Meridian Planning Division 33 East Broadway Avenue, Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Woodcrest Townhomes Subdivision — Meridian, ID Application for Private Street On behalf of Landmark Pacific Investors, we are pleased to submit the attached private street application for the development of the Woodcrest Townhomes Subdivision (Project) (previously referred to as Fairway Townhomes Subdivision), located at 1789 N Hickory Way in Meridian, ID. The purpose of this letter is to provide supplemental information for the Project to assist in the review process of this application. Privaty Street A private street application is being requested with this preliminary plat application. The private roadway section will consist of rolled curb and a 5' sidewalk on one side and 2' ribbon curb on the other. The width of this road section will be 32' located within a 34' common lot. Maintenance and repair of the private street will be provided by the Homeowners Association. An account will be created with the CCR's to accumulate funds for future repairs and maintenance of the private street. The developer has set up several of these in the past for other developments and understands the financial obligation and structure that needs to be placed in the CCR's. 4355 W.
