Applications for Final Plat
On behalf of Landmark Pacific Investors, we are pleased to submit the attached applications
for the development of the Woodcrest Townhomes Subdivision (Project) (previously referred
to as Fairway Townhomes Subdivision), located at 1789 N Hickory Way in Meridian, ID.
More specifically, this Project is in the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township
3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian. The subdivision is located on 1.97 acres and includes 19
buildable lots and 5 common lots.
Statement of Conformance
The specific provisions requested in the final plat application are intended to be addressed in
the plat and construction documents. This final plat application is in full conformance with:
• The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat.
• The use requirements and provisions of the UDC.
• Acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.
