RE: Woodcrest Townhomes Subdivision — Meridian, ID Private Street Maintenance Agreement On behalf of Landmark Pacific Investors, we are pleased to submit this private street maintenance agreement for the development of the Woodcrest Townhomes Subdivision (Project) (previously referred to as Fairway Townhomes Subdivision), located at 1789 N Hickory Way in Meridian, ID. The purpose of this letter is to provide supplemental information for the Project to assist in the review process of this application. Private Streets Maintenance Agreement Maintenance and repair of the private street will be provided by the Homeowners Association. An account will be created with the CCR's to accumulate funds for future repairs and maintenance of the private street. The developer has set up several of these in the past for other developments and understands the financial obligation and structure that needs to be placed in the CCR's. BLAINE A.
