Per the City's April 18, 2006 Public Hearing notice (dated March 24, 2006), regarding the Variance application for the Gateway Marketplace Subdivision. a 22.85-acre commercial development, located at the southeast comer of Us tick Road and SH-55; ITD offers the fDnewing cornment(s): . We are considering an application for two access points for this development (Application Number 03-06-187). . We have provided the applicant with conditions for access approval. However, we have not received a response ftom the applicant with regard to these conditions. The final determination on the application has not been made at this time. . Attached are copies of our conespondence with the applicant. Please note that the permit application for the Gateway Marketplace was filed Wlder the name of"VDG Retail" with ITD.
