The Idaho Transportation Department (lID) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the
above referenced application.
Per the City's April 18, 2006 Public Hearing notice (dated March 24, 2006), regarding the
Variance application for the Gateway Marketplace Subdivision. a 22.85-acre commercial
development, located at the southeast comer of Us tick Road and SH-55; ITD offers the
fDnewing cornment(s):
. We are considering an application for two access points for this development
(Application Number 03-06-187).
. We have provided the applicant with conditions for access approval. However, we
have not received a response ftom the applicant with regard to these conditions. The
final determination on the application has not been made at this time.
. Attached are copies of our conespondence with the applicant. Please note that the
permit application for the Gateway Marketplace was filed Wlder the name of"VDG
Retail" with ITD.
