NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho,at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Wednesday,May 18,2022
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following ap-
plications:
Russell McCrea for a Short Plat consisting of two(2)build-
able lots on 0.3 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Mc-
Crea Meadow(SHP-2021-0006),located at 1028 NE 3rd St.
Kent Brown for a Rezone of 3.42 acres of the subject prop-
erty from C-C to R-40;a Preliminary Plat on the entire 4.77-
acre property to allow 33 townhouse lots 2 lots for 2 vertically
integrated buildings containing a total of 12 residential units
and one commercial lot; a Conditional Use Permit to allow
townhouses in the R-40 zoning district; and a Development
Agreement Modification to allow the proposed development
for Pavilion at Windsong(H-2021-0102),located at the north-
west corner of W.Ustick Rd.and N.Linder Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
