I did a search for "Aviator" on the Sub Name Search tool that "Aviator Springs" was taken by the Land Group, who did some layouts and design on this project, assumed that it was the same subdivision. ate with the developer and get back to you with a new subdivision name for this parcel. The owner of record at this time (ACCLIMA INC) is the same as when the name was reserved. It appears that you have the subdivision name confused with another parcel. Parcel S1210325951 is located in the SW1/4 of T31N, R1 W, Sec. 10. This parcel does not currently have, and has not had any development names previously reserved. While the current owner is Aviator Park LLC, the previous owner was not "The Land Group", but IAG Sadie Creek LLC. See page 3 of your packet). If you wish to reserve a subdivision name for parcel S1210325951, the Primary name "Aviator" has previously been reserved and cannot be reserved in this location. Please choose another name. Hi Glen, I am working on a development near the intersection of N Black Cat Road and W Aviator Street. The Parcel Number for the site is S1210325951. This specific property has been involved with rezoning and some previous subdivision applications but has never advanced past the rezoning stage. Can you confirm if the Name "Aviator Springs Subdivision" has been utilized for this property? the previous developers would be The Land Group Inc who has since sold the land to the current owners, my clients, Aviator Park LLC. I am including the City of Meridian's packet from their P&Z meeting for reference.1 If the name has been used for this specific subdivision, can we still use it for our subdivision name since it is the exact same parcel of land with new developers?
