Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District grants to Jadon Schneider, Bronze Bow Land of Boise, Idaho, permission to submit an application for Aviation Subdivision, H-2021-0096 which includes the property described in Exhibit A. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the City of Meridian and its employees harmless from any claim or liability resulting from any dispute as to the statements contained herein or as to the ownership of the property which is the subject of the application. 4. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District hereby grants permission to the City of Meridian staff to enter the property described in Exhibit A for the purpose of site inspections related to processing said application.
