AFFIDAVIT OF LEGAL INTEREST

Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651, being first duly sworn upon oath deposes and says:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District is the record owner of property described in
the attached Warranty Deed recorded in Ada County on June 10, 1019 as
instrument number 2019-049141, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District grants to Jadon Schneider, Bronze Bow
Land of Boise, Idaho, permission to submit an application for Aviation
Subdivision, H-2021-0096 which includes the property described in Exhibit A.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the City of
Meridian and its employees harmless from any claim or liability resulting from
any dispute as to the statements contained herein or as to the ownership of the
property which is the subject of the application.
4. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District hereby grants permission to the City of
Meridian staff to enter the property described in Exhibit A for the purpose of site
inspections related to processing said application.

WARRANTY DEED
COMPASS PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL, INC., an Idaho non-profit corporation,
hereinafter called "Grantor", whose address is 2511 W Cherry Lane, Meridian, Idaho 83642, hereby
conveys, grants, bargains, sells and warrants to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District whose address
is 1503 First Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651, hereinafter called "Grantee", the following
described premises situated in Ada County, Idaho, to wit:
See Attached Exhibit A
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said
Grantee and to the Grantee's successors and assigns forever, and the Grantor does hereby covenant
to and with the said Grantee, that the Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said premises; that they
are free from all encumbrances except as above described and that Grantor will warrant and defend
the same from all Iawful claims whatsoever.
