To Whom It May Concern: The attached Certificate of Zoning Compliance documents are for the installation of one material storage silo, and associated equipment, located at 420 West Franklin Road, Meridian Idaho. The property owner is Meridian Investments LLC and the current tenant is Fiberon. The proposed work is exterior and includes a number of new silos and baghouses on a new structural concrete mat slab. The new wet wood silo is the tallest of the new proposed silos and will stand approximately 63'-4" above grade. Other silos include a new: dust collector at 50'-9", a dry day bin at 34'-8", a Ladig silo at 42'-0" and two new baghouses that will each stand 3 F-11 1/4" respectively. Silos and baghouses are equipment only do not have occupied spaces. The existing parcel number is S1212438732 and is approximately 818,972 square feet or 18.801 acres. Site Access - The site is located in the parcel. Vehicular ingress and egress of the site will be via existing access road, which connects to West Franklin Road. Pedestrian Walks and site access is existing along West Franklin Road. Parking is existing to remain and unmodified, no new spaces or reorganization of existing is planned. Landscaping and Screening — Both existing fencing and landscaping are existing to remain and are unmodified.
