A full access (with the construction of a deceleration lane) wi. be granted at the southern edge of th.e parcel (approximately 1/4 mi.le from the intersection) to be either shared with the adjacent property owner or a cross access agreement shall be given to that owner. . 2. A right In/right out access (with the construction of a deceleration lane) wig be granted at the appicants preferred location wi1tI a minimum distance of 780 feet from the south edge. ofUstick to the North Edge of the approach to a møximum of 930 feet As we discussed on the phone, the right out movement controls the minimum distance. rf you wanted a right ¡nonly access, we can reevaluate to get it more centered along your property. 3.. A shoulder should be added to the existing Ustic::k right tum bay and the length should be extended to a minimum of 400 feet In length. The full access should have a deceJeration lane length of 360 feet and the right Wright out access should have a deceleration lane of 220 feet. 4. We understood that your developer was to provide a positive connectiVity through the parcel from the full access through to Ustick. We did notice in your parking lot detail that you may have some congestion problems in the design as shown. 5. Your landscaping and sidewaJl(plans should be coordinated with the city requirements and our future bund out concept project tOr the Eagle ROad Beatification project. We will begin processing the application with these provisions. Please let me know ¡fyou have any Questions or concerns. Chris Canfield, P.E.
