Hi Mindy, Jon Wardle mentioned that he talked to you about their project at the NE corner of Fairview/River Valley and scope for a TIS. It is a relatively large development with 472 units planned, but the roadway system is pretty much built -out. I was thinking we would want to analyze the right -in, right -out driveway on Records as well as evaluate the need for a right -turn lane at that driveway and should also analyze the driveway at Elden Gray St even though I don't think there will be any issues. I am also not sure if doing the COMPASS area of influence modeling is necessary. What are your thoughts about scope for the TIS?
