Commencing at the section corner common to Sections 35 and 36, Township 4 North, Range I West,
Boise Meridian, and to Sections 1 and 2, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian; thence
South 88°57'50" East along the section line 665.56 feet to the Real Point of Beginning; thence
