Will the email below suffice for Meridian City? I requested a letter, however after Sue and I were able to connect today
on the phone she made a comment that she was familiar with the procedure. There for I am assuming she always
approves mail box locations with an email.

Hello Susan,
Meridian City is asking that we obtain a letter from yourself or someone within the post office approving our proposed
mail box locations of any new communities. I have attached a few plats and the proposed mail box locations within
those communities. Can you please review them, let me know if you have any comments, and if not please provide me
the approval letter I am looking required by Meridian City Building Development Department.
