Please note there have been recent changes to the amount of required common open space. These changes went into effect on October 5. For a property zoned R-8, you are now required to provide 15%. Your open space exhibit shows 10.8%. You are going to have to rework the landscape plan and plat before I can get this scheduled for hearing. 11-3G3: STANDARDS FOR COMMON OPEN SPACE: A. Open Space mid SiIe Amenity Minimum Requirements: The minimum requirements are based on both the quantity and quality of open space provided. 1.
