City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Tuesday, May 3,2022 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following appli-

814 Development, LLC for a Council Review of the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission's decision pertaining to the
Unified Development Code (Table 11-213-3) requirement for a
25-foot-wide buffer to be provided in the C-C zoning district
along the northern property boundary adjacent to a residential
