Intermountain Wood — Meridian Idaho
Project Narrative:
A new proposed 67,000 sf footprint prefabricated metal building structure. 64,625 sf of single
story warehouse with 4,940 sf of two story office space. The front fagade is brick, glass, and
corrugated metal. There will be 22,300 sf of new landscaping including 33 new trees, and 127 new
shrubs.
