1. ANY RE -SUBDIVISION OF THIS PUT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE ZONING REGULATIONS IN EFFECT
AT THE TIME OF THE RESUBDNISON.
2. THIS SUBDIVISION FALLS WITHIN THE NAMPA-MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT AND ALL LOTS WILL BE SUBJECT
