FINAL PLAT
This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 16th day of July, 2002,
upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension within which to submit the
Final Plat, which was originally approved on July 2, 2001, as provided in § 12-3-6 B, and good
cause appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time until July
2, 2003, of this Order within which to submit the Final Development Plan Plat for the above
entitled subdivision application.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting on the ]&-/4~t day of
