Conditions of Approval 1. This application will satisfy the condition of applying for a Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review Application. 2. We fully anticipate to begin construction of this project with the 2-year time frame. 3. N/A 4. We have been in correspondence with ACHD and are proposing a speed limit sign that will be depicted on the submitted construction plans. In regards to the Meridian Police we have called and informed them of the speeding along Broadway and they stated they would look into it. 5. We have revised the attached site plan to reflect the pedestrian connections required. 6. Given that this property is located within the 500-year flood plain and not the 100 year, there is no area to depicted on the plans. 7. The Landscape Architect has added a fair number of evergreen shrubs around the buildings to meet requirements. We have also sent the landscape plan to the city arborist to confirm this meets the mitigation requirements or if more mitigation is required. 8. We have included a copy of the proposed floor plans of these units. 9. We feel that this condition has been met and will be subsequently submitting a Design Review Application to the City of Meridian for approval. At which time if the City has any concerns regarding this condition the color scheme and materials can be adjusted as needed.
