PRELIMINARY PLAT NOTES
1. DEVELOPMENT IN THIS SUBDIVISION SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPLICABLE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN IN
EFFECT AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT AS MODIFIED BY THE APPROVED SUBDIVISION PLAT.
2. ANY RE —SUBDIVISION OF THIS PLAT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MOST RECENTLY APPROVED SUBDIVISION STANDARDS OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN.
