Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a Development Agreement Modification, Meridian City Code requires a meeting
between the applicant and neighbors. This is your notice to meet and discuss our application for a
Development Agreement Modification for an adjustment.
This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the City of Meridian Planning & Development Services
Department.
• Applicant: Inglewood Commercial
• Purpose of Meeting: To review and provide comments of the Development Agreement
Modification on going from five (5) lots to three (3) and to exclude the large 3-story office
building and allow for the option of a daycare facility. To track attendance and certify that a
meeting was held, a sign -in sheet will be present at this meeting. The applicant will submit this
sign -in sheet with their application.
