You will find the following items reflected in the revised plans: Landscape: Acreage of Qualified Open Space: 2.69 acres Percentage of Qualified Open Space: 27.0% (Note: The open space calculation does not include the area on the east side against CarMax. However, it should be noted that we are adding landscape directly adjacent to a landscape are that CarMax has provided. I’ve provided a second open space exhibit that shows this area, and provides 2.76 acres and 27.8% qualified open space.
