A parcel being Lot 16, Lot 6 and a portion of Lot 5, Block 2 of Silverstone Campus Subdivision, as same is
shown on the official plat thereof, recorded in Book 89 of Plats at Page 10295, Ada County Records,
being located in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 3, North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 16;
Thence North 89' 13' 46" West, a distance of 662.96 feet on the south line of said Lot 16 and Lot 6;
Thence North 41' 41' 40" West, a distance of 77.35 feet on the southerly line of said Lot 6 to a point
common with the easterly right of way of South Jade Way;
Thence North 47' 15' 42" East, a distance of 29.72 feet on said easterly right of way to a point of curve;
Thence 104.27 feet on the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 127.00 feet, a central
angle of 47' 02' 25", a chord bearing of North 23' 44' 29" East, and a chord length of 101.36 feet;
Thence North 00' 13' 16" East, a distance of 39.30 feet, said point being common with the southwest
corner of Silverstone Square Condominiums, as same is shown on the official plat thereof, recorded in
Book 97 of Plats at Page 12171, Ada County Records;
Thence on the south line of said condominium plat, South 89' 13' 46" East, a distance of 358.84 feet to
the southeast corner thereof, said point being common with the westerly boundary of Parcel "A" as
shown on Record of Survey No. 7513, recorded under Instrument No. 105097135, Ada County Records;
Thence on said westerly boundary, South 00' 46' 14" West, a distance of 67.14 feet to the southwest
corner thereof, said point being common with the northwest corner of said Lot 16;
Thence South 89° 13' 46" East, a distance of 294.72 feet on the north line of said Lot 16 to a point of
non -tangent curvature, said point being common with the westerly right of way of South Topaz Way;
Thence 18.76 feet on said westerly right of way on the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a
radius of 312.00 feet, a central angle of 03° 26' 44", a chord bearing of South 01° 54' 42" West, and a
chord length of 18.76 feet;
Thence South 00° 11' 21" West, a distance of 124.25 feet on said westerly right of way to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
