A School Impact table has been created to highlight schools likely to be impacted and provide growth information based on the residential development application.This tool provides building
permit data in the areas affected by an application to enhance future planning for both the City and the School District.The table is below for your review,and it is intended as a reference,rather
than a decisive,tool.

Assumptions:
1.Capacity and Enrollment are based on data from the West Ada School District(WASD)when available.
2.Dwelling Units are the additional units in a year based on the building permits that were issued in that year.Age restrictioned units are included;preliminary plat data is not.
3.Estimated 2021 Dwelling Units is based on the assumption that the remainder of the year growth will continue at the same rate it has been year to date.If no units have been issued no estimate will
be given.
4.School attendance areas analyzed are based on school year 21-22 WASD attendance areas at the time of analysis.Attendance areas can change anytime during or between school years.
