Dear Joseph:
We are submitting the attached CZC design review application for a new building located at 1575 Overland Road.
The project includes a new 29,440 square foot concrete tilt -up, two story building and site improvements. A second
floor and elevator are proposed as well. Stepped /articulated parapets will be provided on all sides of building to
conceal mechanical units. Aluminum storefront windows are proposed for the project. Rubber membrane roof is
planned for the roof.
Metal entry canopies and framed elements area will provide shadow lines on the building.
The site is current bare, and void of vegetation. New asphalt pavement and concrete curb/ gutter is proposed for the
parking area. New concrete sidewalks are proposed at entry doors, and along Linder Road. Currently 59 parking
spaces are proposed for the building, including the ADA stalls.
