The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced short plat application and has the
following comments:
1. This project abuts the State Highway system.
2. ITD has completed a corridor study of US-20/26. The corridor study shows the future corridor
width will need to be 100 feet wide on each side of the centerline in this area. The Linder Road
and US-20/26 has also been identified as a future Continuous Flow Intersection according to the
current approved environmental document. A view of the corridor study plan for this area can be

3. ITD had previously reviewed traffic impacts for the Knighthill Subdivision that includes the
portion identified in this application as Ruger Gardens Subdivision. Mitigation has been already
addressed in the US-20/26 corridor study that identifies future improvements to the US-20/26 and
Linder Road intersection.
4. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State Highway.

5. The Idaho Administrative Procedure Act(IDAPA) 39.03.60 governs advertising along the State
Highway system. The applicant may contact Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD's

6. ITD does not object to the short plat as presented in the application.\
