Hi Joe, Hope you're doing well! We're working on a short plat application to subdivide an existing lot in the Knighthill Center No 2 Subdivision, near the southwest corner of Chinden and Linder. The short plat application requires approval from the Fire Dept. At this point I don't believe our client has any potential users, they're just trying to subdivide the property to market/appeal to potential users. Access will likely be via driveway connections to N Gertie Place and existing cross - access easements to adjacent properties. Future users will need to submit additional applications before receiving building permits (CUPS or CZCs depending on the use). Let me know if this is something you can okay at this point, or if you have any questions.
