Outstanding Issue(s) for City Council: Staff asked Ms. McKay if the applicant would consider adding a stub street in the NE corner of the property. This issues is not addressed in the staff report, however we are worried about interconnectivity in this area. It is shown as residential on the Comprehensive Plan Map. She indicated this would not be a problem for her. ACHD did recommend against it, but that recommendation was based on having non-residential uses in this area. The property to the NW is optioned by the church and will likely not develop as residential properties. Findings: Yes-for approval of all applications Notes:
