for 5.11 acres and preliminary plat approval of25 single-family buildable lots and 2 common lots.

Key Issues of Discussion by Commission: Pathway on south of project and to the west and east; and
Wingate Lane and vacating interest in the easement.
Key Commission Changes to Staff Recommendation: The Commission voted to amend Condition 1.1.5
by requiring the applicant to terminate or vacate their interest in the Wingate Lane all the way to U stick
Road.
Outstanding Issue(s) for City Council: This application was continued in order for the applicant to hold
another neighborhood meeting and to address transitional lot sizes along the northern boundary.
