I have reviewed and approved the "conditions of approval" less one item of clarification I need from
Chad......

Item #7 of the "Site Specific Comments" indicated that we will be required to install a temporary off-
peak pumping station for each outlet point (designed with two). Why don't we design the project with
a single outlet point as they have offered and save the money of two as well as relieve the project of
its dependency of Bellingham Park 11&111 sewer main extension by using the Locust Grove line? I
think this should be addressed.
