Good morning-
Please submit for hearing comment;
We are homeowners in The Oaks and although we support the rezoning in size for this phase of development, we
respectfully request that the Planning & Development Department requires Toll Southwest, LLC to dedicate a portion of
this land/phase for the addition of a second common area pool to support the addition of more residences in this large
HOA.
The one and only pool for so many, thousand(s), is overcrowded and becomes a health and safety issue during the
summer based on occupancy. We are also coming out of a pandemic and we should have learned and respect the
healthy practice of space between individuals. This is a quiet enjoyment issue as well, and should be supplied by the
developer in this next phase to alleviate an obvious problem. It should not be aggravated further by being overlooked by
the Builder. An overwhelming majority of homeowners in The Oaks share this opinion.
