consideration as part of the Certificate of Zoning Compliance Submittal process.
Project Information
Treasure Valley Surgery Center
1767 S. Jade Way
Meridian, ID 83642
Project Introduction
The proposed building will be constructed at 1767 S. Jade Way, Meridian, Idaho 83642.
The site includes two existing vacant lots within the Silverstone Business Campus
development. The design team will apply for the two sites to be combined through the
Property Boundary Adjustment process. The project will create a single -story new
building, approximately 33,650 square feet, to house an Ambulatory Surgery Center run
by Treasure Valley Hospital. The surgery center will consist of four operating rooms,
two procedure rooms / future operating rooms, a sterile processing department, prep -
recovery department, a pharmacy with compounding hood, and associated building
spaces to support the clinical work.
The exterior materials will be as described in the attached elevations. The exterior will
consist of EIFS panels, stacked stone, and metal panels, with accents of wood -look
metal panels. The design team has reviewed the City of Meridian's architectural design
standards and has incorporated elements to create rhythm and interest on the exterior
as described in the design guide. The site design, parking layout, and landscape
design have incorporated the City of Meridian requirements. The design team has also
submitted the attached drawings for approval by the Silverstone Business Campus
architectural review committee.
Project Schedule
The project design is currently entering the design development phase. We anticipate
corrected final construction documents being complete by mid -June 2022, with
construction beginning in August or early September of 2022.
