Ca~ s Jr. respectfully requests Conditional Use approval to construct one drive-
thJough facility on the north section of Meridian Road and 1st Street.
TIis parcel is situated in a Commercial General (CG) Zone in the city, and is
f~nted on two boundaries by arterial and collector designated roadways and will
~,~rovide for additional cross-easement to the existing commercial uses to the north
~nd south.
~The intent of this request is cons stent with the Meridian Comprehensive Plan and
meets or exceeds the design standards for this zone.
/We believe this application constitutes a Conditional Use as determined by city
i¢ policy, is harmonious and consistent with the ComprehenSive Plan, is harmonious
in character with the general vicinity and will not adversely affect neighboring
uses. The proposal is serviced with essential public facilities, will not create
additional requirements at public expense and is a use that is not detrimental to
persons, property or the general welfare. Thus, we would trust a positive
recommendation would result.
