NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
Brighton Development, Inc. for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 209 building lots and
37 common lots on 133.07 acres in the R-2, R-8 and R-15 zoning districts for Apex
West Subdivision (H-2021-0087), located on the north of E. Lake Hazel Rd. and west
of S. Locust Grove Rd. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending
the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3
minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the
Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite
104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-
288-5607; or by texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or
presented become property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to
the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to
change throughout the public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested
persons to monitor changes by following the process in person, online, or by contacting
City staff.

1.That I am a citizen of the United States, and at all
times hereinafter mentioned was over the age of
eighteen years, and not a party to the above entitled
action.
2.That I am the Principle Clerk of the Idaho Press -
Tribune, a daily newspaper published in the Counties
of Canyon and Ada, State of Idaho; that the said
newspaper is in general circulation in the said
counties of Canyon and Ada, and in the vicinity
of Nampa, Caldwell, and Boise, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said Counties during a
