We own the property at 4124 Leaning Tower and would be directly affected by this daycare. We strongly
oppose this application.
This small residential community was never designed to have a daycare operation within the subdivision. The
additional traffic, parking concerns at drop off and pick up and noise to contiguous and surrounding neighbors
would be an invasion of our right to live peacefully.
The children and families in our neighborhood will be negatively impacted by this additional traffic to service
up to 12 families daily. The danger to our children from additional traffic 5 days a week cannot be under
emphasized as we are concerned about someone being accidently injured as normally there are a lot of cars in
a similar time every morning and afternoon. This may also decrease our property values.
While we realize the need for quality daycare, there are many better locations suitable than a pastoral, low
traffic neighborhood This Meridian subdivision is simply not the place/location for this business. We suggest a
more rural and larger lot to house this home business.
