The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the above
referenced application. Per the city's April 6, 2006 notice (dated March 14,2006), regarding the
conditional use permit application for the 4.l9-acre commercial development for restaurant and
retail use located at the southeast comer ofTen Mile and McMillan Roads in Meridian, ill; ITD
comments the following:
. ITD would like a copy of any Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) required by the Ada County
Highway District. If required, the TIS should be sent to Kevin Sablan, District Traffic
Engineer, at the ITD letterhead address.
