That would be a common lot. You would be combining this into the existing lot where you are building the warehouse. so that would be one building lot. I'm pretty sure Joe doesn't care about this since he will review the CZC and already revised the annexation request, but I've copied him so he can respond and if nothing else is required you can include his email as the letter. Landscape plan should include as -built buffer to the northwest (remaining buffer). The remaining landscaping will be part of the CZC.
