Applications for Quartet South Subdivisiona 66-acre, residential project at the northeast corner of
Black Cat and Ustick Roads as depicted below and in detail on the back of this page —will soon be
submitted to the City of Meridian. The request includes 229 single family lots at 4.4 units per acre in an
R-8, Medium Density Residential zone and 140 dwellings at a density of 10 units per acre in an R-15,
Medium High -Density Residential zone, subject to future neighborhood review, applications and public
hearings.
