Legal Description for Annexation and Rezone to R-15
A parcel of land being a portion of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 4 North,
Range 1 West, B.M., Ada County, Idaho being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an aluminum cap marking the Southwest corner of said Section 34, which bears
N89°10'57"W a distance of 1,314.40 feet from an aluminum cap marking the Southeast corner of said
West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 (West 1/16 corner), thence following the westerly line of the Southwest
1/4 of said Section 34, N00°27'12"E a distance of 696.43 feet;
Thence S89°24'36"E a distance of 861.05 feet;
Thence 128.28 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 150.00 feet, a delta
angle of 48°59'53", a chord bearing of S23°54'33"E and a chord distance of 124.40 feet;
Thence S48°17'59"E a distance of 210.32 feet;
Thence 97.64 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 350.00 feet, a delta
angle of 15°59'00", a chord bearing of S40°18'29"E and a chord distance of 97.32 feet;
Thence N61°06'05"E a distance of 123.38 feet;
Thence 77.20 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 150.00 feet, a delta
angle of 29°29'19", a chord bearing of N75°50'44"E and a chord distance of 76.35 feet to the easterly
line of said West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4;
Thence following said easterly line, S00°35'24"W a distance of 456.77 feet to an aluminum cap marking
the Southeast corner of said West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 (West 1/16 corner);
Thence leaving said easterly line and following the southerly line of said West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4,
N89°10'57"W a distance of 1,314.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains a total of 18.78 acres, more or less, and is subject to all existing easements and/or
rights -of -way of record or implied.
Attached hereto is Exhibit B and by this reference is made a part hereof.
