Hi Joe, Hope you're doing well! I'm back from maternity leave, so you'll probably be hearing more from me Q. We're working on a short plat to subdivide an existing lot in the Lochsa Falls subdivision, south of Chinden Blvd and west of Linder (Lot 41, 1850 W Everest Lane). I believe you were at the pre-app meeting we had on the project in December. The short plat application checklist requires approval of the plat from the Fire Dept. - either a stamped copy of the plat or a letter of approval from you. For now, we're working on a short plat to subdivide the existing lot into two lots for future commercial development. We'll be required to submit CUPS for both lots (the original Lochsa Falls sub approval requires it) so will have site plans with parking/access/etc. for your review then. Let me know if you need any additional information or if you have any thoughts/concerns. E IDI Il APPROVED DA EI 03/16/22 : C; %Uld B;RSHazo 2 —3 208.639.6939
